The week started off with Rudy having his 18 month check up and a shot. He passed with flying colors but as Thursday rolled around the little guy had his first case of throwing up. He was a pretty sick boy on Thursday but by Saturday he seemed like he was on his way to recovery except for the fact that he didn't want to drink anything. Saturday night (11pm) rolled around and he threw up twice more. The nurse told us to take him to Children's since he wasn't drinking anything. After 5 hours at Children's Rudy was one tired boy but was back to drinking "juice" Gatorade. He is on the mend and we are hoping for a great week.
Stats from his 18 month checkup:
Weight: 24 lbs 14 oz (25-50%)
Length: 34.25 inches (95%)
Head Circumference: 18 in (5-10%)
He might have a small head (we blame it on the lack of hair) but he certainly knows plenty of words and this week he added Carpool and Monkey to his vocabulary. :)
