President Rudy...

Lately Rudy, I mean President Rudy, has been talking to everyone that passes by. He puts his right hand in the air and waves it around (like a leader does when they talk) and he gets very serious and deep voiced. He'll do this for 10-15 minutes at a time if we are on a walk or around a lot of people. Hoping to have some video to post next time but for now here are some pictures.
