Today was Rudy's two month checkup. Everything checked out just fine and Rudy received a few shots. We have decided to do an alternative schedule for the shots so he received 2 shots today instead of the normal 6 (actually he received one vaccine orally so he had 3 vaccines today). Six vaccines in at one time is just too many for a youngster. We'll go back next month and get another shot. He cried for about 30 seconds after the first poke and then was fine, a bit fussy in the late evening but he enjoyed a nice relaxing bath before bed. He is such a big boy!
Rudy's stats on day 67 of his young life:
Weight = 12 lbs (50-75 percentile)
Length = 24.75 (95 percentile)
Head = 15.25 (25 percentile)
Here Rudy shows off his snoopy band-aid and his shirt that reads "In my little world...ceiling fans are mesmerizing!" How very true...
